Usage: Thoroughly rinse 250g(8oz) rice and soak it for 90-120mins in lukewarm water. Add the soaked rice to 2.5/3 cups of water. Add 1tbs of butter or oil or margarine and salt to taste. Cook on medium heat till the rice absorbs the water. Cover with a tight lid and remove the pan from the fire. Leave to stand for 10-15mins and serve hot with sauce or curry.

Įdėkite 1 šaukštą sviesto, aliejaus arba margarino ir druskos pagal skonį. Virkite ant vidutinės ugnies, kol vanduo susigers. Uždengkite sandariu dangčiu ir nukelkite puodą nuo ugnies. Palikite pastovėti 10–15 min ir patiekite karštus su padažu ar kariu.
