Usage: Thoroughly rinse 250g(8oz) rice and soak it for 90-120mins in lukewarm water. Add the soaked rice to 2.5/3 cups of water. Add 1tbs of butter or oil or margarine and salt to taste. Cook on medium heat till the rice absorbs the water. Cover with a tight lid and remove the pan from the fire. Leave to stand for 10-15mins and serve hot with sauce or curry.

Naudojimas:
Gerai nuplaukite 250 g (8 oz) ryžių ir pamirkykite 90–120 min šiltame vandenyje. Įdėkite pamirkytus ryžius į 2,5–3 puodelius vandens. Įberkite druskos pagal skonį ir įdėkite 1 šaukštą sviesto, aliejaus arba margarino. Virkite ant vidutinės ugnies, kol ryžiai sugėrs visą vandenį. Uždarykite sandariu dangčiu ir nukelkite nuo ugnies. Palikite pastovėti 10–15 minučių. Patiekite karštus su padažu ar kariu.
